Our Community

Creating a place of belonging for grandparents and our grandchildren.

Together we are a big extended family at GCWA. Our ‘home’ is the GCWA headquarters in Warwick Western Australia. More than bricks and mortar

Our hub has hosted Christmas dinners, coffee mornings and monthly BBQs where everyone is welcome and we can just be ourselves.

Our Warwick venue is also a drop off point for food and donations and the venue for our many evolving support events and services. We are connected in many ways.

Our facebook page is a great source of information and you can see lots of pictures there from our many community events. Special opportunities

Camps are a special opportunity for grandparent carers to get away and enjoy time together with the kids.

Funded places in recreational camps are an opportunity for grandchildren to make friends with other grandparent led families in our community.
